Final (or first) random observation.

Things I did not expect to happen today would include passing through the cafeteria, exchanging a friendly 'Hiya, how're you doing?' with our regular dinner lady, and being told 'Ooh, you sounded really Irish just then.'

Anyone who has actually heard me talk will understand why this left my co-worker in the fit of giggles whilst I could only blink.

Yes it has been a slow week so far, how can you tell? Although I did get around to watching the latest Doctor Who. Which I loved - I am a huge Poirot geek, so seeing effectively a Christie/DW crossover left me in heaven =)

Ah, football

I feel quite exhausted, and I only watched the last ten minutes of the game. ( Cut in case anyone is still waiting to hear the results of Man U vs Chelsea. Suffice to say I was impressed, not least because it's amazing how touchy-feely men get with each other when they win/lose... )
