Final (or first) random observation.

Things I did not expect to happen today would include passing through the cafeteria, exchanging a friendly 'Hiya, how're you doing?' with our regular dinner lady, and being told 'Ooh, you sounded really Irish just then.'

Anyone who has actually heard me talk will understand why this left my co-worker in the fit of giggles whilst I could only blink.

Yes it has been a slow week so far, how can you tell? Although I did get around to watching the latest Doctor Who. Which I loved - I am a huge Poirot geek, so seeing effectively a Christie/DW crossover left me in heaven =)

Doctor Who this week was just total fun. I kept thinking of Wesley in 'Happy Anniversary' doing his Poirot shtick.

Hehe, so it would appear. Honestly, even if it had been Welsh or Scottish I would be less surprised given I have been hearing a lot of that recently. But Irish? *g*

Oh yes, Wesley definitely with the magnifying glass and all. Although I was thinking more Jeeves and Wooster *cough*andFish!verse*cough* when it came to the meaningful glances being exchanged across the drinks tray!

DW has been fairly good so far, though no majorly wonderful eps yet - but Donna is constantly made of win, quite possibly my favourite companion so far, which is saying a lot given how much I adored Martha.

I would work on crack except I am still waiting for you to put up those notes we made, remember I had had Malibu when we came up with them, my memory is a tad fuzzy! *hugs*

No. If I'd been mistaken for Welsh or Scottish I could at least then blame the TV I've been watching, but Irish? Nope, I'm utterly stumped :)
