The UK got Walk Away as the next single from the album. The US will get The Fallen - meaning they also get the new vid. *sulks* It's a much more low key affair than the previous ones, but yes, it has them all in those leather jackets.

Quite a few words came to mind upon viewing Bob. 'Sweet' was not one of them. *ahem*

There's a fun backstory to the song which I'm always happy to bore people with if they haven't the foresight to shut me up. There's also a fun acoustic version where the singer duets with a Japanese female singer. The high point being that we get to hear the originally censored chorus: So come and dance with me, come and dance with me, so come all over me...

Incidentally, if you head over to this site they host (with permission) most of FF's vids, including the one to Michael. Well worth watching if you're interested :)

When do we get some Wes/Ferdinand/Angel action I say!?

LOL! Ask poor Eloise who's had to listen to me continually squeeing over these poor lads for the past month or so. *cough*fishverse*wheeze*fic*sneeze*might*hack*have*snort*some*choke*new*sniffle*faces*cough* Sorry, seem to have a bit of a frog in the throat there.

The fun thing about the vid - other than Alex and Nick showing how very well they wear the eyeliner - is that 'Michael' is actually the real-life Michael who inspired the song. Apparently a group of them went out and got utterly ratted. Michael wound up on a table at one point doing his 'camp dance'. Then he and another male friend 'got together in a very sexy way'. It inspired the lyrics.

Later on, Michael was happy to be namechecked and appeared in the video. They all however agreed to keep the second man's identity a secret since 'his girlfriend would kill him'. Aww bless :)

Oooh, and I do recommend the Walk Away video. Very confusing, but very very pretty =)

one of the regulars at work is apparently an amateur physicist, he showed comrade in the capatilist grind photo's of an experiment where he was bending light, which he told him is impossible, and that he's been up to show them at the university but wont bring it in to them in case they sell it to the milatary, we couldn't decide if was a paranoid genuis, or just a loon, so I said I'd ask you if you could indeed bend light.

Well I was pretty certain that black hole's bend light, also light will refract when passing through mediums of different densities, it's just a case of changing the wave speed I guess :)
