I'm trying to write, really I am, but I keep on getting distracted.

So I toddled round to a friend's house so we could veg out, eat buttery popcorn and watch the gloriously cheesy Ladyhawke. We got about halfway through the movie when...

EvilFriend: You know, you could rewrite this as a great Angel/Wes fic.
RabidBunny: **attack**
lonelybrit: *headdesk*

And then, just as I had dealt with that, I got...

Eloise: OH MY GOD
LB: ?
Eloise: John Barrowman. Jack on Dr Who. Do you know who he is?
LB: Nabbit? Vail?
Eloise: **shows LB the old cast list for the play Rope**
LB: OH MY GOD

Yes, good old Rope. The play with "the homoerotic subtext which, in Barrowman and Denisof's committed performances, becomes overt lust." The play which opens "with all three men naked in a half-light, their limbs languorously entwined..." Although, sadly, the third man wasn't ASH but in fact the poor lad who was murdered. Still. You learn something worthwhile every day, don't you? *wanders off*

Wouldn't it just? *sigh* Angel all in black, all bent on vengeance on the bishop. Wesley with the blue eyes and tendency to look pretty.

I'm torn between Gunn and Connor for Brdoerick's part. Gunn would be fun. But if you had Connor an orphan, then you could have a nice father-son thing starting between him and Angel... *muses*

Gunn could be hilarious....and you're right, Connor could have the father/son thing. Man, that's rough. Tough choice.

LOL! Yep, that's what she said! =) I think I've got vague ideas as to who would be who in the rewrite, so hopefully I can now put it on the backburner and hope the bunny is mollified and leaves me alone for a bit.

I've taken a break from report writing to let you know that Barrowman is gay. Out and proud. The RPS is now definitely going to be written tonight. I tried really hard not to think about it in church...
