Oh the dilemma!

I'm torn, torn! I tell you!

So, as most brit AD, JM and MS fans know, all three men are billed to appear at Collectormania7 in Milton Keynes, Friday 29th April - Monday 2nd May. (I think I got those dates right.) Alexis is only appearing Saturday and Sunday. And being the shallow fangirl I am, I am pefectly willing to spend an hour and a half on the bus to queue for lord knows how long for a 30 second meeting and autograph. And then this talk of 'Special Events' started. Marsters is doing a talk/Q&A on Sunday night. Apparently the organisers say that AD may a) join talk with JM, b) do a separate event, or c) do nothing. There is also a party thing going on the Saturday night and so far the guests said to be going along are AD, MS and the gentleman who plays Teal'c(?). However, this is is not set in stone - the guests can cancel if they need to. And the past two events I've tried going to, AD has either had to cancel or leave early. And the party costs £15 quid, the talk costs similar.

What to do? What to do? Do neither party nor talk? Do both and risk wasting another £30+? Just do one or the other? **is torn**

*passes out from squeeage. I so want to go to this, but it's going to cost me a lot more than thirty quid. Oh bugger, I want to go so badly. Must check my holidays.

Oh, book it. Imagine if you were at a party with AD... SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

I can't do party because I will be at concert but am trying to buy ticket for the talk, but if I have an exam I may have to ebay!
SO you should buy it for talk and party (if you can find somone else to go with, maybe Alex?) and then ebay later if necessary!

Right, well I'll buy ticket for party asap. They're not numbered or anything like that, apparently. But do tell Alex and ask if she wants to toddle along with me? =) Still not sure about the talk... Not that big a JM fan to go and see concert *and* talk... it's just the possibility that AD *might* turn up... meh, I'll think about it =)

Chris Judge (the guy that plays Teal'c) will be a lot of fun as far as I have heard. So even if Alexis won't show up, James and him and of course Michael will be worth it.

That's a good point. I like the look of Judge, he has the look of someone who's worth every penny =)

Provided I can work out passport, funds and plane ticket, I'll be going with bcassie and we're planning on getting party tix. Not sure about the James talk. Good news re: queueing for autographs - apparently you get a number and then can wander the con until your group is called. Sounds better than waiting for hours.

*squeaks* Oooooh... *poings* Yes, we must meet up! =) Right, most definitely will be getting party tickets then... although I have no idea how on earth I'm going to be getting home, LOL!
