Really. I don't blame them in any way. The spawn - aka my siblings - being the 'them' in question.

It's just that somehow in the three days that I am *not* on the family computer, it manages to get well and truly whacked by various Trojans, Worms, viruses... etc etc. Lord knows where they were taking the poor browser, but when I found said comp. oddly vacant and sat down to catch-up, the computer flatly refused to run without crashing and trying to kill us with pop-ups.

So. That's my job for today. Trying to save the computer. Oh the fun. The joy.

Regarding other more cheerful news. Milton Keynes is a mere 45 minute bus ride from my house. So I am clinging to that small thread of silver lining. But until then, I better vacate this borrowed link and return to the front line...

You are a very good girl for not opening your pressies. Wish I could say the same... I love the tea - mmm just finished a cup as we sat down to make the traditional Christmas cookies. The conductor's baton was soooooooo cool - Katie loved it!

Hope you get the comp sorted - wag your finger at the siblings from me. I've just finished the Winter of Wes story and I was desperately hoping you'd beta - but don't worry if the comp is still sick.

Mmm... The tea is best drunk as close to black as possible, but feel free to go nuts with the sugar. Dark and sweet is very very nice :)

I think it is a Bank Holiday weekend - at least according to my diary that Monday is a public holiday. Ponder away, dear!

Yes I think there's a train that goes to Milton Keynes quite easily so hopefully there shouldn't be a problem running around everywhere!
