So apparently there are "rumours" in the comic blogs that Marvel/Disney are contemplating releasing some kind of Avengers: Director's Cut. Which according to Joss' earlier comments would have a running time of potentially over 3 hours.

I could potentially be very on board with this, depending of course on who/how the extra screentime is spent *ahem* :)

Have you seen the latest Blu-Ray boxsets starting to be advertised, the ones with ALL the deleted scenes and ALL the films and ALL the new epic artwork. Oh they are milking this for all it's worth but I really don't care, come to me my pretties... :)

Hadn't seen that and am also highly on board with it OMG! Although would prefer the Director's Cut to be full of the kind of scenes that were cruelly snipped from Thor, not the kind of clips that would involve more shit being knocked over in CGI NYC.

I'n the meantime, I'll be over in this corner licking your icon fondly and getting excited for late August when Thor II starts filming in London, apparently!

The time for Thor 2 is definitely getting closer, their new Fandral is already carefully growing his required goatee. I think the day we get confirmation that the Hiddles has once again returned to having Loki's ink-black hair there may be some flailing in anticipation :)
