Did anyone else just see that?
Mar. 23rd, 2009 10:00 pmSo, I was watching Law & Order UK this evening. Only frankly it got utterly upstaged by the advert for Lewis that came on towards the end. I mean, I'm sure part of it was down to the good ol' slash goggles but I don't actually watch the show and even I was left a bit stunned by the massive Lewis/Hathaway ark that steamed past on my TV screen.

Date: 2009-03-23 11:46 pm (UTC)Hathaway's sexuality is pleasingly unclear in this show. (The big blond one) The only time we've ever seen him getting busy with a girl, it turned out she used to be a he. ♥

Date: 2009-03-24 12:01 am (UTC)Poor Lewis, he does seem to be very very unlucky when it comes to smooth sailing with the fairer sex, and in the background there is always Hathaway trying to drag him into the 21st century. I may have to start trying to catch up, they are a good pair to watch on TV.

Date: 2009-03-23 11:43 pm (UTC)I saw the first series of Lewis but never got around to watching the second (well there was Bradley James. On a bicycle! In Oxford!! *geeks out*). Is it worth catching up with? They did kind of break my heart with what they did to Lewis, I like to imagine him off living to a ripe old age, happy with his missus and their chips on a Friday *sniffle*

Date: 2009-03-23 11:52 pm (UTC)Hathaway is the perfect insubordinate subordinate with academic credentials and a canonically states love of Oxford. (He was also in the seminary for a while. :D )

Date: 2009-03-24 12:09 am (UTC)I've tried a few times with LAO and it will not gell for me. I think it's Airfix telly and utterly without any virtues, sorry!

Date: 2009-03-24 08:38 pm (UTC)Quite frankly with Larkrise gone I've got bugger all else to watch at the moment, so weekly Ben Daniels is enough to sway it for me until one of my shows starts showing again. Torchwood, it really is time you returned to my telly...
