OMG.

Lost in Austen.

Quite possibly the best show ever. One scene had me literally crying with laughter, because, honestly, if any fangirl found herself in that position she. so. would.

I have no idea now how this is going to end. I'm desperately writing and rewriting various happy endings in my head, but frankly I have no doubt that they'll manage to come up with some cracked and off the wall scenario as they have done for the past three eps. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'll actually be disappointed if they somehow manage to wrangle all of it back to how Jane intended. Bring on next week! :)

I'd be happy to see that! Though if they could also set-up Miss Bingley with someone more to her *ahem* tastes then that also would be grand. Yes she's a bit of a heel, but I did still wind up feeling a bit sorry for her.

This show is full of slash to be honest, Darcy/Bingley I suspect would be just the tip of the iceberg...

I think it's amazing and the best new show of the year. I was wondering if the Sappho scene was a deliberate nod to Hex.

Have to admit I've never seen Hex so if there was a nod I didn't catch it. But anyway, yes, it's a great great show and I'm already looking forward to seeing next week's ep!

In Hex (which had its moments), Jemima Rooper played a character who was in love with Christina Cole. I laughed when I saw the reverse this evening.

Also Mr Darcy is really reminding me of Angelus with that hair style. I can't wait to see how the writers resolve it all.

AHH... In which case, yes, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a slight nod and I'm sure the two ladies shamelessly played it up because even if the writers weren't aware they most certainly would have been!

Oh the writers... hats off to them, they have completely turned everything on its head. It's good to have a genuine mystery for the ending for once :)

I expected to hate it but it's had me laughing along the whole way. And yes, you know we all would! :D It's the epitome of Mary Sue fanfic and I love it.

Ditto, I saw the original trailers and was utterly unconvinced. But... yes, it's Mary Sue fanfic, but it's funny and she screws up so badly, how can you hate it really :) It is good to have a show to look forward to every week once more!
