Out of nowhere I am suddenly smitten all over again with love for my cracked alien show. Kicked off yesterday evening when I was reminded of one of the shallow reasons I am rather partial to a good dose of Jack/Ianto.

I do have a thing for nice pair of broad shoulders, as displayed very nicely here. GDL is not a small chap, he really isn't, and bearing that in mind...

Seriously, bearing in mind Exhibit A, how large are those hands that they utterly dwarf GDL's shoulders this way. Oh be still my slashy pervy heart... :)

Then of course amanda_is_wacky posted belated pics of Masters, David-Lloyd, Owen, and Myles at The Rift. The pictures of Eve and Kai in particular left me a happy puddle of fangirl-y glooop =)

And finally, because the best posts have a good sense of humour: The Idiot's Guide to Writing Torchwood Fan Fiction. 20, mainly multiple-choice, questions that will leave you with a good basic outline of an 'acceptable' Torchwood fic. Yes I do like Jack/Ianto, that doesn't mean I don't enjoy mocking them mercilessly if it's good-natured like this :)

Hehe, oh yes, it was funny and scary how many fics I could actually remember glancing over which had some of the possible storylines :)

I have only ever read a couple of TW fics, but even *I* can imagine most of those options being gospel!

And hey - if I ever want to apply my Super-Awesome Slash Skillz (... just humour me!) to TW, at least I've got a bank of ideas to crotch from ;)
