Why must there be tempting spoilers absolutely everywhere I look, why?!

In other news I am back home safe and sound after one of the most terrifying drives on a motorway I've had in a while. Road Works started up today, which means that the normal three lanes have been squeezed to very very very narrow proportions whilst something happens in the central reservation, a 50mph has been slapped on the whole stretch, and all us drivers are expected to tootle along as normal. Except I swear to god I've never been in lanes that narrow. Seriously, there was no gap either side of you. No-one was going in the middle lane because if you happened to pass a landrover and bus at the same time and one of you blinked, the person in the middle would get squished.

Christ I need some wine...

Yes, it is time for the results all of you have been waiting for. I can hear the silence of pure anticipation already. WARNING: The following statistics are subject to change and follow no logic whatsoever let alone mathematical common sense.

The Torchwood-related question was: What is the general consensus regarding use of icons made from future eps (i.e. screencaps from official Beeb trailers - not the more detailed 'Previews' that go online)?

The results are: (  *drumroll as envelope is handed over*  )

In conclusion, LB hereby announces that from henceforth spoilery-y episode-specific icons will not appear outside of an LJ-cut on this LJ until the ep is at least 24 hours old in the UK. (Conditions: Unless the icon is frankly so generic - e.g. Jack sitting his desk - that it could come from any series).
