Farewell weekend
Oct. 29th, 2006 10:45 pmUrgh. Three hour drive back from grandparents, loads of traffic, barely broke past 60 mph the whole way, including on the motorway. Feh.
Torchwood. Only caught the last 20 minutes as we were distracted by the very good if very depressing 'Mysterious Creatures'. Have to admit it looked truly awful, Owen rescuing what he could of the ep because the actor does rock like a very rocky thing. And of course an appearance by Ianto will always leave me happy.
On the plus side, have just spent a lovely lovely weekend with the grandparents. Got thoroughly well fed, had lunch near an unexploded mine at Weymouth Harbour, and inhaled enough secondary cigarette/pipe smoke to fell an ox. Good days =)
