What a night
Jul. 8th, 2006 10:36 pmI'm glad Germany won that match, they deserved it. Hopefully tomorrow France will likewise have a good game.
Films seen: Over The Hedge. Really really good, solid 4 out of 5. I never stopped grinning and giggling, and the final scene where the 'hero' saves the day had us all in stitches. Though I think I was the only one to get and laugh at the 'Rosebud!' reference.
Also seen, Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man's Chest. I'd give it 3 or 4 out of 5. More dark than the previous one, and very long, but still very fun. Certainly made up for the disappointment of X3. ( Spoilery thoughts... )
I am not thinking too much about the bands playing today and tomorrow up in Scotland's T In The Park festival. Just... *sigh* Oh to be there, really.
And then of course, there was the finale of Doctor Who. Bloody great episode. I went from laughing and giggling to nursing a broken heart to going 'WHAT?!' and getting impatient for the Christmas episode. ( Spoilery details... )
