You know, I am actually finally starting to feel better. Bar the sore eyes and feeling a slight tightness in the chest whenever I exert myself too much by, say, trying to breathe, but details details...

Anyway this past fortnight has been insanely fun. I got meet up with old friends, namely anyasbuttmonkey, esmerelda_t, gingerpig, madders, princess_s, vic_amy_z, vampirefever and ruric. Always brilliant company and lifters of the spirits. PLUS, I also got to meet the intensely lovely twistedsista and ok2nv_theoracle (Come back again soon!). Honestly, I'm spoiled =) We disussed many things of great import and consequence, including:

x. LB's inability to hold more than three drinks before attempting to sleep on the stairs.
x. The fact that whilst Ianto looks great in a suit, he looks insanely great in casual wear, and in particular jeans. *drool*
x. ABM is a very manly man. Oh yes.
x. The State Within rocks on every possible level. As does Ben Daniels.
x. John Barrowman, and to be more precise, Captain Jack is a very manly man. Until he attempts to hold a gun, at which point apparently he goes very Charlie's Angels. Bless.

I also have a new icon *points* Sleepy slightly sweaty more than slightly undressed Barrowman. Perfect way to stave off the Oh-God-It's-Monday-Another-4-Days-To-Go Blues :)

*snerk* I think we were discussing which male characters we relate to and emotionally connect to *ahem* on TV shows in general. You were voicing what drives your particular choices, whilst me and Ez just looked at you and smiled. Ez thought your words were worthy of an icon :)

There is some evil virus doing the rounds. The people at work are falling like nine-pins, I'm hoping that because I was amongst the first of the casulties my immune system will be primed to keep me safe for the next few weeks until it all clears *wheeze*

Ah, scruffy Ianto in jeans. *sigh* Well I'd certainly ditch the Doc and the Tardis for that. And hey, a scruffy Ianto in jeans with a nicely turned out Jack would also do the prettiness levels no harm whatsoever. No siree.
