There were other pics of the two of them with their two adorable dogs. The cuteness really was rising to ridiculous levels!

If the pics weren't bad enough, there was an interview with them both talking about how they met. And honestly, I'm a cynical soul, and normally reading two souls gushing about how the moment they met they both just knew that this man was 'The One' I'd probably have rolled my eyes. But for some reason, nope, I'm just left one melted puddle of N'AWWWWW :) Though from the sounds of it, their finally getting together was as hesitant as Alexis and Aly. They met through a mutual friend, and, bless, they both assumed the other was dating said friend. And consequently didn't meet or do anything for a year. Awww...

I've been having to restrain myself from RPF when I realized the play they met at was Rope, and that John's costars were Alexis and ASH. *envisions Alexis and ASH in matchmaker mode*

Hehe. Yeah it was Rope. A mutual friend took Scott to see it because 'You gotta see this guy in the play, he's naked for the first seven minutes!' So Scott went, and sure enough the curtains lifted on "three rather handsome naked men." And he saw John and 'it was like a lighthouse on a dark night'. I would like to hastily point out that those were his words, not mine.

Anyway, the friend went backstage to say well done to JB. And JB said that the moment Scott walked in the door he thought "My god, that's him."

If it was anyone else the unbearable sweetness of it all would make my canines ache... ;)
