Yesterday I was ready to post a very vitriolic and bitter post about how life has it in for me. And then today happened and I'm feeling infinitely better, so the news of the day includes:

New post at m15m, aka Movies in Fifteen Minutes: V for Vendetta. Bloody hilarious as always, definitely worth a read.
'We stopped time for Jeremy Fraser' - Jeremy Fraser (click on 'Video' section). Great vid, with a Monty Python/Grimm's Fairy Tale feel, about this chap killed by a silver lance. Inspired by The Wicker Man, and featuring lots of creepy creepy kids. Sounds nothing like Franz, looks nothing like Franz, yet apparently this is them nevertheless. Have I mentioned I love this band?
Having a blazing row with a German teacher at work. Well, not really blazing, voices were not raised. But think Roger-esque cold tones all round. Very theraputic. Teachers who don't care about a) controlling kids in their charge b) the safety of same kids, should be sporked. Hard. Anyway, I won. The remaining kids were good as gold and seemed rather terrified of me, even though I only came up to their elbows.
Alcohol. Got treated to a G&T after work, and came home to find the father serving out wine. Yay :)
