I think today I had my first taste of summer. Something like 150 students visited us at work today, of course on the day when we were short-staffed. The result was that breaks went to pot, the duty managers and manager had to 'work the floor', and suddenly the gift shop was eerily empty of 'Best Of Britain' mugs and London Eye snowballs. God bless the tourists, LOL!

Oh, and MSN is being a pain and not letting me on. *pokes it* Whatever.

Knox! He kinda scares me, if I do say so. Glad you survived your very hectic day, LB. And though I don't get the Best of Britain mug thing, I am soooo laughing with you. Hell, once work reaches that point where you are going to either walk out or laugh - laughing is kind of a wonderful thing. :-)

Sadly no. Although there was this adorable couple, both in their fifties/sixties, who were just charming. 'Don't worry, I'll take care of him.' Awww...

Knox has a certain appeal. And I'm definitely hugging the label 'lovable geek' to my heart, I do like it! And yes, when work gets insane, it's either cry and crumple, or just laugh and poing off the walls and terrify the customers... mwhahaha...
