So, that was my weekend. Interesting time looking after one rather insane dog. It didn't help that I had next to no 'net access and there were withdrawal pangs!

Anyone know the nursery rhyme: Ride a cock-horse to Banbury Cross to see a fine lady upon a white horse...

Well, yesterday I learnt that in fact it's about a local aristocratic family. And it's not 'fine lady', it's 'Fiennes Lady', i.e. the name of the family. Neat huh?

I've also started seriously trying to kick my muse back into life, I still owe lostgirlslair her Wesathon fic... **blushes with shame**

So, hence the previous drabble, and hence me writing this rather strange ficlet-y thingy whilst away. Sort of an offshoot from wh_falls_down, basically a quick revisit to an old character.

ETA: Bwhahaha... Got this from theferretgirl who got it from roadrunner1896. Even if you know the barest minimum about SG-1, you must read it! What happens if Daniels fills in for a certain former Watcher?

Whoa. For a second when I saw my name in your entry I was afraid I was doing something wrong. Maybe harassing princess_s to much. I really need to get rid of this paranoia thing. It starts to get really annoying.

LOL, when it comes to princess_s and SG-1 or, to be more precise, Daniel, there is noooo fear of 'too much'!!

I watched the film and have seen a few eps of SG-1, so I knew the very basics. Have a feeling that if I started watching I'd end up falling for Daniel. I seem to have a soft spot for the slightly bookish type of man who wears glasses and knows his old archiac languages... LOL

I'm pretty sure you would totally fall for Daniel. He is not really Wesley, but he comes close. And even Sarah fell for him at the beginning. Before Jack's humor got her.
