OK. What could be worse than being sent packing with a crushing 4-1 defeat?

Try going home with a 4-0 one. And without the talking point of 'that disallowed goal'.

Oh Argentina. Ouch. I do feel for you. Although that could be because I drew you in the office sweepstake and considering my other draw was North Korea, you were the last chance I had at being able to justify buying myself a Costa hot chocolate for breakfast. *sniffle*

In other news I continue to be rather fond of these Old Spice ads featuring the guy who won me over with his "I'm on a horse". The latest is not as good as the first, but it still made me laugh: 'Hello ladies...'

Also it does help that I've just remembered my friend at work drew Germany in the same sweepstake so actually my chocolate-y breakfast may not be complete gone just yet! ;P

Ahhh. Poor Argentina, and poor hot chocolate dreams. Argentina's not that bad, so they must have run afoul of the Curse of the Vuvuzelas.

I have to admit I'm taking the potential loss of morning hot chocolate more personally than the impending woes of folks like Maradonna, but then again I'm shallow in ways like that.

And yes, I do know how that feels. My other stake was North Korea - I did give a hollow laugh when I drew that one, my colleagues just laughed.
