Back to more cheerful things... SPN. Ah, SPN, my faith in you is restored.

Now that is more like it. I'm afraid with the best will in the world I'm still generally unmoved by the Winchester brothers, but put them into a proper ensemble and suddenly I'm back in the game :)

Cas and Crowley in the same ep... ah, be still my beating heart. Cas' early telephone conversation was priceless, but I have to admit the prize for best scene has to go to Crowley. Ah Crowley, please do not die as oh how I love you on this show. The whole reveal about Bobby agreeing to sell his soul was brilliant, I still have the smile on my face.

As for Cas, oh Cas. Poor lamb. All human. Though fortunately still with personality intact. Likewise, please do not die. Become an angel again if you must but please do not desert us for season 6.

Ending with a request: does anyone have a copy of the version of 'Oh Death' that played during this ep?

ETA: Dear god but I love fandom at times. Give us an election as traumatic as the one just finished, and what do we do? We write fanfic about it. Of course it's Cameron/Clegg, what else would it be, though fret not it's no more slashy than the general media coverage has been.

Oh I did like the Oh Brother soundtrack, I remember now they did have a version of O Death didn't they? Thank you for the offer, I did manage to track down the version on the show; apparently it was recorded especially for them, ah to have power like that :)
