I'm settling nicely back into life in the UK, a state achieved by ignoring the fact it's December already and I haven't even started thinking about Christmas shopping *shudders*

On the bright side! I am now fully caught up with Merlin. Oh show, you adorable fluffy thing you. Even if you keep trying to go dark and dragging your lovely characters through the metaphorical mud. And only two episodes left! What am I going to do when this is over? No SJA, no Torchwood, no Merlin, WHAT WILL I DO?!

Speaking of - Sarah Jane Adventures. I can't tell if it's just I'm back in the right frame of mind, but it does feel like the series has finally kicked-off properly (though I'm afraid I'm still really not sold on Rani). Though, for the record, going straight from 3 eps of Merlin to several eps SJA and the wonderful Clyde/Luke friendship will all but kill you. The same innocence, the same trust, the same way they'd all happily die for the other. *happy sigh*

In conclusion, I also finally saw that vid of Bradley James and Colin Morgan attempting to catch a spider in the bath. Oh boys, please don't change :)

I'm really behind with SJA - I think I'll have a good catch up this weekend!

Isn't Merlin just the most fluffy and sparkly show in the world! I think I'm going to feel rather bereft after the last episode airs - I'll just have to fill the void with fic...

Also, Colin and Bradley catching the spider in the tennis ball tube is adorable. <3

Oh, my god! How can they be so adorable? That's hilarious!

Also, I know! What to do when Merlin is over? Wait around for it to start again, I suppose. Because they have to make more.

Welcome home (about a week late, but never mind)

The capturing of the spider in the bath was epic. I particularly love the final moments, when Bradley bursts out laughing and Colin does his really high pitched squeaky Norn Iron "I don't know"

You bring me joy in these less than joyful times. *g* Merlin will not end, by the way. It will just play over and over in my head.
