Save me, SPN, you're my only hope

I really am more than ready for my rubbish but beloved TV shows to return and save me from myself. My foray into football fandom continues, much to my dismay and displeasure. Today's match was not the first I've watched, but it's the first I've watched where I've been rooting for a team for reasons beyond drawing them in a sweepstake. I realised just how far I'd sunk when my reaction to the commentator going "This is a really good game - one to sit back and enjoy" was a seething "'Enjoy' is not the word I'd use..." as my team battled to stay afloat.

Where are the angels and demons when you need them. HMS Destiel, save me.

On the meantime I am attempting to catch-up on shows I've missed. The most notable catch-up so far has been season 2 of Daredevil. Which obviously I loved and inhaled over 48 hours (add me to those applauding this portrayal of Frank Castle/Punisher). I'm trying to work my way through Jessica Jones but alas my free time to watch episodes keeps getting interrupted. Bah humbug. Still, touch wood I should be finished in time for new Luke Cage.

And if my team could at least pretend to be competent and play like professionals until then, that would be much appreciated. Thank you kindly.
