There's ALWAYS time for a flashback!

I am grudgingly back at work after a wonderful weekend away for the first 'Brekfest' with some of the usual crew. Our film choices ranged from talking cats (Garfield 2 aka tiny man with a crossbow!), to art-y-ish (Dancer, Texas, aka genuinely lovely tale), veering by explosions on an oil rig (Blast aka Vinnie Jones as an eco terrorist. No really.) before crashlanding back into spoof (Rat Race aka the one with possibly the best slow-mo scene in movie history). Breckin, get your act together, we need more films for the next gathering!

Upon my return Empire Magazine posted their red carpet video at the BAFTAs (aka the coldest movie award ceremony on the circuit):

Again a highlight has to be Daniel Radcliffe who genuinely made me laugh, and also the freeze-frame post-credits summing-up of the eventual fates of various interviewees.

And yes Hiddleston is one of the interviewees, and yes there is a reason he has a thermos of soup to hand, and yes its mocking did lead to another amusing Twitter tantrum. Ah internets, how did I survive before your arrival :)
