T'was the season to be jolly

Well, Christmas was all in all a great success. Admittedly I only really specified two items I wanted above all else (Transformers and Torchwood), neither of which materialised but the substitutes will more than tide me over till I can hit the sales (spiced rum, driving gloves and A Bug's Life).

In general the TV was out of bounds, although I was permitted to watch Voyage of the Damned. Not the best Christmas special, but still enjoyable enough and even if the LB clan was mainly laughing when I think we were supposed to be sobbing into our handkerchiefs, it did at least keep everyone entertained. We watched the trailer for the next series of DW, and then the matriarch pulled the plug and thus it wasn't until a couple of hours later that I realised I'd been deprived of a new Torchwood promo. Thank god for the internet. Oh John ("That's a poodle."). Oh Tosh. Oh Owen with your running and being all doctor-ly. Oh pissed!off!Ianto *happy sigh*

Needless to say, the final Jones shot was made of awesome. I am awaiting the icons =)
