Had a general get-together of old housemates/coursemates/friends. There was wine and cider. The world is spinning in a most pleasant way.

Incidentally, if any of you guys have my number, feel free to give me a missed call around 9am tomorrow morning. Cos, yeah, it would be good to be awake around then.

I've discovered the NME Benicassim Festival Blog and it's made a pleasant read. There was a pool backstage for the artists which went down very well with everyone. Franz also got the added bonus of being allowed to use Morrissey's backstage shower. They're still without Paul - him now the Daddy of a wee and as of yet unnamed boy, awwwww - but reportedly had a good set, Bob helpfully being quoted as saying he "didn't even notice Paul wasn't there." Charming.

In other news, yep, I got the Franz tickets. I would squee more but the sun has now fully risen and is blasting through the window right at me and I am MELTING...
