Let the panic begin...

So the adrenaline is kicking in again. *twitches*

I'm listening to BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend - two days of live music in Dundee. They've got all sorts playing, from Pink to Editors to The Zutons.

The DJs are just squeeing over the number of tour buses hanging around. Particularly over one large bus that's sitting there; no-one knows whose it is *cough*bullshit*cough*; no-one has seen anyone they know going on or off. Meaning that an unannounced band is probably going to play at some point.

Well, if the unofficial site is right, I can take a guess as to who it is *bounce*

*grin*

Just before I head down for supper.

The radio's still on. The 'surprise guests' were finally revealed as being not Britney, not Madonna, nor the Proclaimers nor even Take That... instead we got given the sound of who knows how many people just going absolutely nuts, and then this familiar voice coming out over the loudspeakers; "Dundeeee! Do you want to!!"

And awww, they're being interviewed now. Apparently they were getting quite nervous while waiting to go on, listening to the crowd getting more and more wound up by the presenter (Do you want to know who it is? Really? Do you really want to? To you *really* want to?). Heh, and no, you are never going to see them in kilts despite other Scottish bands trying them out. Bob says he doesn't have the legs for it, Alex says the same, although he adds that actually Bob has pretty fine legs and could do a kilt. (Bob: *snort* Yeah right.)

And Jesus they've just started Take Me Out and at places they're almost drowned out by the crowd. Damn that is LOUD. Those people are SOOOOOO lucky! =)
