lonelybrit: Apples & book (Default)
Oddly enough I slept very well last night, woke up feeling just fine; bright-eyed and bushy tailed; ready to take on the world. Or in this case, take on the house cleaning. Which is now done and the house is nice and sparkly.

Which gives me time to think.

Em...

It is both amusing and alarming to see posts I seriously don't remember writing, even more disconcerting to discover that apparently [livejournal.com profile] princess_s and I did wind up on MSN at some point. She read the latest entry of [livejournal.com profile] secretary_rpg out to me, and is now interested in reading more of the same herself. We tried to download [livejournal.com profile] robintcj's first video, only to be thwarted by dial-up. Do I remember any of this? Do I hell. *sigh*

Anyway, it was worth it. I do remember showing her some of the classics from people like [livejournal.com profile] wolfling and [livejournal.com profile] sockkpuppett. Whatver nearly killed us, Measure of a Man had us misty-eyed, and Black Suits Comin' was just plain cool and left us grinning. Of course we returned to the TV for Little Britain, whereupon we coo-ed over ASH, before finally decided to risk playing Rip Off.

Um. Yes. I remember the first three minutes or so, and then I fell asleep. [livejournal.com profile] princess_s helpfully described the two scenes of interest the next morning. Hmm. Maybe I will try finding them later. I am also, for no reason at all, putting myself back on the wagon until 2nd December. *sheepish grin*
