Well, that was a nice day. /snark

Typical, I finally make a halfway decent meal and *then* my family decide that tonight is a good night to have a good old-fashioned family row. It wasn't serious, but it did wind up with everyone sulking in different corners of the house. *sigh* My solution was to drink a cider and cheerfully babble about being paid to dress up as a giant white rabbit... it worked too, so I'm good :)

Yay, another friend is dipping their toe into the waters of fanfic! After a very nice X-Men 2 fic (which I also recommend if you like that fandom), esmerelda_t has written her first AtS Angel/Wes post-Home ficlet. It's about as slashy as the show, i.e. supposedly not meant to be but... *cough* :)

The Hardest Word To Say - pop over and read it and praise and poke her until she writes more!

And of course, I'm assuming by now that any Giles/Wes shipper worth their salt has seen eloise_bright's most recent ficlet... LOL
