I have Franz tickets. So unless life manages to complicate things, I should be seeing Bob Hardy, Alex Kapranos, Nick, Andy and maybe Paul or Scott IN THE FLESH *bounce*

I would have squee-ed more fully on LJ but for three reasons.
(1) At the time of buying tickets the sun was up, and anything more tiring than breathing would have killed me.
(2) Once essential shopping was done, I returned to find both TV and internet were down. Not good, Telewest, not good.
(3) By the time the internet/TV were back online, I had been out with friends to visit the former housemate, who misses us. She plied me with Scrumpy whilst we rewatched Pirates of the Carribean. Yet again, the world spinneth in a manner most pleasing to the senses...

Just find a good spot by the barrier and you should be okay. And remember, BOB IS ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE, OMGWTF. He is an eye contact slut, so make sure to get close! :D

*chuckles*

I also rewatched PotC last night :) Huzzah!

FRANZ. I would just like to point out that I shall not be going down to the barrier, but will be hanging out drinking beer about halfway back as usual. Am rather fond of my limbs.

Well, it depends. It usually doesn't take them that long to come out, but there are exceptions to that rule. In Philly and the first NYC show, we waited for less than an hour. But in DC, they kept us waiting two hours after DCFC ended and they took their sweet time coming out after the second NYC show as well. But usually Bob is among the first out, as the whole fan enteraction thing seems to make him a bit nervous. Ask for a hug, he gives squashy ones! And did you not read my reports after I met them? There was no coherency whatsoever! :P

Well, they're often around before the gigs as well. So you might get to see them then too. If not, then go straight out there as soon as the gig is finished so you can get a good spot. Some places have barricades, some places don't. If you get a shit spot and there's barricades, it'll be harder to get their attention.

LOL, the last time I saw him was at Coachella, when he was hovering around us in the VIP area. :P
