lonelybritExams. Ick. Still, two down, two to go. Took last night off, me and the housemate settled down with a bag of Minstrels, bottle of wine, and the DVD of Mrs Henderson Presents.
Which is a fantastic film and one I highly recommend to everyone - Judi Dench and Bob Hoskins were perfect, their scenes were a plain joy to watch. And Will Young was frankly born in the wrong era, he should have been around at the time of the music hall, his role was spot on.
And as usual, Alex's weekly soundbite is up at The Guardian. Only a guy would think that sticking your finger into a cup of, what I'm assuming is, week-old root beer dregs and licking it is a good idea. Ew.
