I fail at being a fangirl. I totally forgot that Franz were on Top of the Pops last night. Singing The Fallen. One of my favourite songs. The one that gave us the leather. How could I forget about potential new Bob cuteness? *sigh* Oh well, I shall just have to go and download the clip have a cup of tea.

Apparently, LOL! I did watch in the end and wound up being mesmorised by two very bad haircuts - Alex now looks like a girl and Bob has that thin look of the newly shorn lamb.

Ooh, and I might be going to my very first gig. It seems Presidents of the United States of America are playing at the local Carling Academy, and my housemate, once she had stopped squeeing and bouncing off the walls, says she'll take me along so I can see what these things are like. The only thing I know of the band is that they did the song 'Peaches' and managed to make an entire festival crowd sit on the ground. So should be fun :)

Mmm, must admit that I'm not too taken with Alex's hair these days. I really wish he'd go back to the good old sweeping fringe - it's too fussy and layered and sticky-outy now, plus it makes him look old. Sniff.

Wheeeeeeeeee! Good old Presidents of the USA! Their album with 'Peaches' on was THE soundtrack to my first year at uni. They're really good fun - you'll have an excellent time :D

*sigh* I do miss the days of the lovely suits and the sharp ties... Last time he was wearing red and black striped trousers and a horrific black and pink floral shirt that frankly defied belief. These days the only vaguely smart one is Bob. Ah well.

Yep, I have been informed that the Presidents are fantastic live, so I'm definitely looking forward to it all! *bounce*
